A thorough and detailed report, in plain English, on the property's structure and condition. Includes captioned photographs of the main defects, and a table of costs for their repair.

A Homebuyer Plus+Report
At MPC we no longer use the standard RICS pre-formatted Homebuyer as we favour our own bespoke report that provides additional information.
Our unique reports are essentially a condensed Full Structural survey, based on the same thorough examination of the property, but without extended explanations or photographs. This makes them more affordable.
As the Lender does a valuation, we avoid unnecessary duplication and provide instead a useful Table of Estimated Repair Costs.
Our Homebuyer Plus+ identifies the main defects and structural problems with the property and presents them in a concise and clear report written in plain English.

Which type of survey is most appropriate?
A Full Structural survey (Building survey) is the most comprehensive survey you can buy. It is suited to older properties and those that have been altered significantly. Our unique Homebuyer Plus+ surveys are scaled down in size, do not include photographs, and report on the major defects and problems only.
All our reports are in jargon free English, with a Summary page drawing together the main issues.
