Mansfield Property Consultancy Limited is an established surveying practice that serves a variety of clients, ranging from NHS Trusts to private individuals. Our Chartered Building Surveyors, who specialise in Full Structural Surveys (Building Surveys) and Homebuyer Plus+ Reports, provide specific and tailored advice for the residential or commercial purchaser.
Our advice is completely independent as we are not linked to any lender or estate agent.

MPC specialises in London property together with the Home Counties including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Our business
Whilst the majority of Chartered Surveying practices offer a plethora of property services, MPC focuses exclusively on Full Structural Surveys (Building Surveys) and Homebuyer Plus+ Reports. This is our core business and specialisation. Our two principal chartered building surveyors have a total of over 54 years of surveying experience.
Many of our clients intend to improve or refurbish their newly purchased property and our sister company, Owen Powell Architects, can provide appropriate planning and architectural services. Commercial clients can benefit from development appraisals and project budget advice.
