  • The surveyor who then carries out your survey will personally call you to discuss the main issues arising, within an hour of completing the inspection - so you will get the results quickly.
  • We publish our prices on our website
  • Our surveys are extremely thorough and can address any queries or questions you may have regarding the condition of the property.
  • If your survey report recommends further investigations, such as timber and damp quotations or drain surveys, we are happy to discuss these with you as part of our overall service.
